Completed an impact study following the Corbiere decision and developed process for its implementation
Was involved in the negotiation of the gas tax exemption for First Nations individuals
Prepared a feasibility study and business plan in support of a Mi'kmaq Election Institute to assume responsibility for all community elections and referendums
